With our Whitelegg CFM 600-TWR Wire Forming and
Buttwelding Machine, we can form and buttweld virtually any shape
from hard drawn low carbon and galvanised wire ranging in sizes of
2.5mm, 3.15mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, and 7.1 mm.
The machine can
produce:
Shapes/Frames – Open or Butt
Welded
Sizes range from 100 mm to 1200 mm depending on wire size
used.
Rings, squares, rectangles, multi-sided shapes, spiral,
oval and u-shaped.
Hooks – S Hooks, Peg Board Hooks, and
Hanging Hooks.
Card Pockets – Two dimensional with
butt weld for merchandising stands.
Refrigeration/Oven Shelving
We
manufacture custom made specialty shelving including features such
as cutouts, upstands/product rails, strengthening bars and
heavy-duty needs.
Mild Steel:
Finish-Plastic coated
black or white, chrome plated, zinc coated or powder
coated.
Stainless Steel:
Finish-Plastic
coated black or white or electropolished. |
